We offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee on all our products. So if you decide a Forward Thinker Lifestyle product isn’t for you, you can send it back to us for a refund.
If you would like a refund after receiving your Forward Thinker Lifestyle product (excluding shipping costs), and it is still within its original condition and packaging, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of the product being delivered to you. For fast processing of your returns request, please be sure to include:
- the reason for return;
- where you purchased the item (store or online)
- your contact details;
- your order number; and
- product serial number (the number is printed on a sticker that is located on the base of the walker).
We will respond to your refund request within three (3) business days.
Following our approval of your refund request, we will require you to arrange return shipment of the product to Forward Thinker Lifestyle’s head office or the store you purchased from within five (5) business days. We recommend using a registered post service so you can track the return delivery as we take no responsibility for any return that is lost in transit.
Please take care to repack the product as it was originally delivered to you. Failure to repack correctly may result in damage during the return transit and forfeit your refund.
Once we have confirmed receipt of the product and it has been inspected it to ensure it is in its original condition including all its original packaging and fillers, we will contact you to arrange a full refund either via your place of purchase or via our direct channel. This refund will exclude any shipping costs that may have been incurred..
Please note that if you have purchased at one of our demonstration days or events/shows then the 14 Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply. Reason being the opportunity has been taken to see and test the product and we are unable to offer refunds for a change of mind once your have seen and tested the product.

RETURN COURIER SERVICE
We have a return courier service available if you would like us to coordinate the return shipment for you. We will simply deduct the fees from your refund amount. Please let us know in your email to email@example.com whether you would like to use this service, and we will provide you with a quote based on your nominated address.
Collection will take place from your nominated address on a business day (i.e. not a public holiday or weekend within your state or territory) between 7am and 5.30pm.
